Dr. Mostello’s practice focuses on the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of musculoskeletal problems affecting the shoulder, elbow, and knee.  Dr. Mostello treats patients across all ages and abilities, from young competitive athletes to weekend warriors to active seniors.

Dr. Mostello is a specialist in arthroscopic procedures, specifically of the shoulder and knee. His expertise and superior training in minimally invasive techniques allow him the ability to provide patients with advanced treatment options for joint stabilization, restoration, and replacement to address various conditions and injuries of the shoulder and knee, including:

  • Shoulder: Instability, labral tears, biceps problems, rotator cuff tears, and advanced arthritis
  • Knee: Cartilage, tendon, ligament, ACL, and meniscus injuries

Dr. Mostello has authored or co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles and serves on the editorial board of Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery.  In 2022, he had the honor of being the moderator for the sports session at the AOAO Annual Spring Meeting.
